Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Padel For Less, customer satisfaction is a priority. We aim to provide high-quality padel equipment and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our refund, exchange, and warranty policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the padel racket must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unplayed, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and protective covers must be intact.
The racket must show no signs of wear, scratches, cracks, or damage caused by use.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a padel racket that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, Padel For Less will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
Your order number
Reason for the return or exchange
Clear photos or videos of the product if requested

Once approved, you will receive return instructions from our team.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that any payment gateway fees or shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
Customized or personalized products
Products showing signs of use or play
Products returned without original packaging


Warranty Policy

All padel rackets sold by Padel For Less are covered by a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty period is from 1 to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects such as cracks or structural issues occurring between the holes on the racket face. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, impacts, or accidental breakage is not covered.

To initiate a warranty request, customers must contact our support team and provide their order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Depending on the brand, the racket may need to be collected for further inspection.

The warranty evaluation process typically takes 10–14 business days, subject to the brand’s response time.

All warranty claims are reviewed and approved or rejected solely by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s decision is final and cannot be disputed.

If a warranty claim is approved, the customer will receive a replacement racket of the same model. If the model is unavailable, a store credit equal to the racket’s value will be issued, which can be used to purchase any other product on Padel For Less.
